2 Corinthians 11:3 “But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ”

I’ve met true believers with weird interpretations and weird believers with true interpretations. I have been a proud member of both camps during my journey with the Lord. I do not consider myself more spiritual or closer to God than you. Indeed, I consider that every good thing that is available in God comes daily and directly through the Life of His Son.

So I have a friend, the Holy Spirit who walks with me each day and His task is to reveal that life to me and through me. He has intersected and interacted with my life at many points of sovereignty to open my eyes and enlarge my heart. God prompts me to write constantly about this relationship. Some people say its about being “Christ Like”, to which I strongly disagree for I have never met anyone like Him, Yet I have seen Him in the actions, choices, words and lives of many believers. It’s our body becoming an expression of His life.

Philippians 1:21 For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.

When the cross is applied in faith it holds my life in a state of death and allows me to experience the Grace of His life. To partake of His nature is to surrender and yield so that He is seen and heard. Not religion but relationship. Its “one life” being expressed through a many membered body. He is the Head and we are the body that is being trained to move in harmony with Him. Its Christ in you and me that is our hope.
